Job Description
The qualified guest-centered, proactive candidate we seek will be responsible for customer service, delivering food orders to guests, stocking and preparing the dining area for the following shifts.

Job Requirements 

* Must be able to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment 
* Flexible schedule is required, including ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
* Ensures that prep is done completely and correctly for the following days 
* Performs other duties as requested or assigned
* Excellent Customer Services skills
* Some prior experience required along with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and grow your skills

*Training will be provided


  • Have thorough knowledge of menus and the preparation required, according to Harry’s standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage areas
  • Complete necessary food and station preparation prior to the opening of the restaurant in order to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently during the Restaurant operating hours
  • Maintain clean and sanitary environment with knowledge of proper handling, storage, and sanitation
  • Know the location and operation of all fire extinguishing equipment
  • Practice safe work habits at all times to avoid possible injury to self or other employees
  • Use Production Charts as specified by Harry’s standards
  • Be able to support fellow bartenders, servers and busser in Harry’s when assistance is needed
  • Follow all Health Department and Company regulations in regards to food and storage standards and safety
  • Be able to operate and maintain cleanliness of all bar equipment
  • Maintain a “Clean as You Go” policy
  • Assist in storage and rotation of beverage items according to Harry’s procedures
  • Follow all Health Department and Company regulations in regards to food and storage standards and safety
  • Formal requisition process
  •  Sign keys out and back in under supervision as needed
